My Netflix template

  Hello Today we were making a Netflix template or a postcard template. I made a Netflix template my one is a horror and a action one.  I wished it was a real movie but it is not a real movie.   

Back to school activities

 Today we were doing our back to school activities because it was the holidays slide three and four we had to work with a buddy because that was the only slide we had to do our learning. So we were seeing what me or my partner did in the holidays to see if it was similar or different or the same we mostly did the same things in the holidays.

Statistics

Today we were using the chart tool to create a graph with the bar column and the pie in the chart tool.  The were doing Our eye colour in our class and how does our room get to school and what is our favourite colour in our class. 

Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori 2021

 Today we were using mote to do our Te wiki o Te Reo Maori 2021 because it is maori language week there was lots of slides I there was 9 slides to complete but 11  slides in total  the hardest slide was 7 the easy one was slide 2 for me this was really fun.

The Olympics Activities

Last week we were doing our Olympics activities. The hardest  slides was slide 3,5 and 6 and slide 1 was easy you just had to put the flag and the name from  alphabetical order and the order was Australia,Japan,NZ and then USA the hardest one was drawing the other side of the Olympics torch.

Matariki 7 Stars

Today  we were learning about Matariki the seven sisters and we were making a animation slide about the nine sisters.  We were being creative with our slide and added a night sky background to make it look like its the stars and the 9 sisters . I named all the 9 stars so you know who they are and was colourful with my stars.  

A Butterfly Cycle

So my class were doing  a butterfly's cycle or how does a spider spin its web and I was doing a butterfly's cycle. 

Exploring Oobleck

My science group were making Oobleck. It is really really easy to make Oobleck all you need is cornflower  a bit of water and a spoon to mix. Our group were testing objects in the Oobleck the objects was a rock,paper,foil,toothpicks,cloth and wood. All the objects floated but not the wood and rock the cornflower was very very messy.

 We were learning about our Digital footprint our digital footprint is the websites we are on when we are online. The websites we are on stays there for life because its the thing we were on. The challenging thing was trying to replace the image at the bottom and changing the dumb photo with our own photo of us. Also  the other challenging thing was putting all the websites  in the digital footprint the the easy thing was changing the the back round  we just had to press the the side of the picture with to fingers with the key bad and press back round and change it with your favourite colour my favourite colour was blue.

 Hi my name is Leeroy I go to Mangapapa  School and I'm a year 5. I am 9 year old and I have a brother, Mum and Dad. My Mum was born in Africa and my Dad was born in  Australia and I live in Tolaga bay. 

I'm good at maths even though I find it challenging sometimes.  I enjoy soccer and other sports and this year I want to get better at reading and soccer. 

I'm looking forward to EOTC this year because we get to go on fun trips. Messi inspires me a lot when he plays soccer. He is a  famous  soccer player and he is really really good at soccer.
